Scott Johnston BA(Mil) DipFP MBAPrincipal Scott is a graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon with a double major in Economics from the University of New South Wales. He has tutored economics at the University of New South Wales, has a Diploma of Financial Planning from Deakin University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Bond University in which he majored in Finance, Investment and Marketing. Scott is an Associate Member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia and is a Certified Investment Planner. He is also a past member of the subject review committee for the Advanced Investment Planning unit of Deakin University's Diploma of Financial Planning. Scott has held senior positions with two national personal financial management groups, one of which held assets in excess of $2 billion. His unique background combines the discipline and strategic thinking of military training, with his qualifications and the experience of specialising in providing services to high income professionals for over 20 years.

Justin Hooper BBus Sc(Hons) DipFP CFP RLPConsultant Justin graduated from the University of Cape Town, South Africa with a BBusSc(Hons) and has a Diploma of Financial Planning from Deakin University, is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and is one of only two Registered Life Planners® (RLP) in Australia. He has been in the financial services industry since 1982, gaining extensive experience in South Africa, the US and the UK and more recently in Australia where he is currently founder and managing director of Sentinel Wealth. Justin is a pioneer of values-based financial planning and an active campaigner for greater accessibility and transparency in the financial services industry. Justin’s greatest business driver is to inspire successful people to optimise their total wealth. Creator of the unique Seantos Process™, he works with clients to determine their exact personal, professional and family objectives, partnering effectively with them to formulate, track and refine their investment portfolio and genuinely help them get to where they want to go. He contributes regularly to industry papers and websites and is a passionate public speaker. He recently assisted in the restructure of the Financial Planning Major for the University of Technology Sydney and regularly engages in high level mentoring and training of financial planners. A catalyst to reform, he has established a strong reputation as a leader and pioneer in the industry. Darren Johns BSc(Maths) DipFP CFPConsultant Darren is a graduate of Macquarie University with a BSc majoring in Maths, has a Diploma of Financial Planning and is a Certified Financial Planner™. He has over 10 years’ experience working in financial services and is a past State Manager of a national financial services company. Darren is founder and Principal Adviser in Align Financial. As a CFP he is committed to high professional standards and is constantly updating his technical knowledge to ensure that he remains at the forefront of the industry.
